PLAN of attack?

I don’t know what scares me more these days, mobile phones, or the fact that I can’t seem to live without my mobile phone.
I read an article on the BBC website where the US are going to be launching an emergency mobile alert system in New York and Washington DC by the end of the year. Apparently it will enable the authorities to locate you in the event of imminent danger. The idea is to prevent as many people as possible from dying in the event of a terrorist attack. That’s what the authorities say anyway. Personally I’m not so sure about that. I mean, has no one thought what this will mean for their privacy? I don’t want people knowing where I am all the time even if a plane is about to crash into me.
Fortunately I have a plan which I will share with you in how to get around this system should you ever visit New York or DC – let’s face it they’ll probably bring the system over to the UK next so listen up. Get yourself a worldsim card for your phone. Whenever you go travelling, not only will the authorities not have a record of the number you’re using, but you’ll be able to take advantage of cheaper phone calls as well! How great is that?
Protect your privacy and laugh in the face of danger! I intend to and I don’t care what some analyst says about ‘how much safer we’ll all feel'by letting them track us all the time.
