There was a time when each and every development that took place in the electronic world was a complete surprise for the users. When the Nintendo gaming console was introduced, people were happy because it gave them a wonderful opportunity to enjoy better quality games. The users could hardly complain about the lack of foresight on the part of the game console designers. Nobody knew that memory would be in such high demand. However, I find it difficult to understand why smart phones do not come with more in built memory. It would have been understandable if the additional accessory cost a lot of money or occupied a lot of space. br br However, we use a very compact and mini sized memory card to enhance the memory of smart phones. My question is ndash; Why donrsquo;t smart phone manufacturers incorporate this technology into the phone and give us higher in built memory? The manufacturers can hardly state that they cannot anticipate the requirements of the consumer. Almost any and every person who owns a smart phone uses it for storing files, videos and audio tracks. That is the reason why it is a smart phone, Duh!.br br There are numerous service providers who offer branded memory cards at a discount or at zero cost when purchasing the phone. Why does it have to depend on the choice of the consumer? In any event, the overall increase in cost is so negligible that the consumer never rejects the option of extra memory. As time goes by, one can only hope that manufacturers understand the flaw in their approach and take the necessary steps to overcome this problem.br/p
